Our client, a leading supplier of Office Supplies, are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to join their Finglas-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth with their existing customer base, becoming an expert in their products & services.

The Ideal Candidate

If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

• Do you have 1+ years' experience as an Outbound Salesperson or similar?
• Do you have experience using customer databases?
• Are you familiar with CRM systems?
• Are you driven and want to exceed targets?
• Working knowledge of MS Office is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interact with existing customers and prospects and maintain excellent relationships.
• Cold call and prospect to generate new business.
• Manage all customer queries/ complaints in a professional manner, escalating as appropriate.
• Work with the Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure our clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again.
• Liaise with Business Development colleagues and/or the Commercial Manager
• Ensure that all KPIs for sales & activity are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, etc.
• Assist with promotional presentations/ demos and promote brand awareness.
