Night Warehouse Shift Leader Needed!

Take charge of our client's nighttime operations!

Location: Little Island, Co. Cork
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (9pm-6am) Sunday-Thursday
Salary: €35000.00 per year

Our client:
A powerhouse in the Irish courier industry, our client handles a massive 25 million parcels annually, serving over 15,000 domestic and international clients.

The job:
Organize freight, ensure smooth flow, and lead a motivated team. You'll keep the depot humming while the city sleeps.

Duties:

• Organize & Dispatch Freight: Manage night sorting, consolidate & dispatch freight for linehaul vehicles.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Maintain a clean & safe work environment, ensure accurate scanning & proper PPE usage.
• Lead & Collaborate: Motivate & assess team performance, communicate effectively & resolve issues with other shifts.
• Maintain Efficiency: Minimize misroutes, meet KPIs, and ensure the depot runs smoothly.

What will you need:

• Forklift skills (not essential)
• Logistics experience
• Problem-solving magic
• Strong English communication
• Computer skills (Excel, Email, etc.)
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Safety focus
• Irish geography knowledge (bonus)
