Sales Manager

Our client, a leading provider of Office Supplies across Europe, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic North Dublin based team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team of Outbound Sales Executives & Sales Account Managers from the ground up, organising, motivating, monitoring, and leading the team to deliver results, while developing the sales cycle to continue business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Sales Manager role or similar
  • Previous experience in Performance Management in a KPI/ target driven environment essential
  • Possess a commercial mindset with experience in B2B markets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a telephone-based sales team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Confident in forecasting and pipeline management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with Commercial Director & management team to implement new processes to further team growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and feedback to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
  • Complete weekly forecasting and management reports
  • Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, quotations and closed sales are met.
  • Building and developing a high-performing, target-driven Sales team
  • Onboarding and development of new team members
