Our client is a global leader in premium wood flooring. They are renowned for their commitment to quality, expertise, and exceptional service. The company serves architects, specifiers, contractors, and end-users worldwide, bringing stunning design visions to life. As a Sales Consultant in the Residential Sector, you'll convert leads into sales, primarily through phone, email, and other digital tools. Your role involves managing leads, understanding client needs, providing quotes, following the sales process, closing deals, and ensuring timely invoicing and shipping.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales:
  • Provide consultancy throughout the sales process.
  • Understand client needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Provide quotes, action sample requests, and communicate USP's.
  • Follow up with clients and ensure all information is provided.
  • Raise sales orders and allocate stock.
  • Stay updated on the product range.
  • Report daily activities to the sector leader.
  • Direct clients to alternative suppliers if needed.
• Sales Process:
  • Monitor and report on monthly targets.
  • Manage order delivery stages, including stock, delivery requirements, and schedules.
  • Handle customer accounts, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain logs of open orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Following and adhering to KPI's
