The ideal candidate:

• Do you have 3+ years' experience in a pharma/med device or supply chain environment?
• Do you have experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role?
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience with CAPAs & Validation is essential.
• Internal & external audit experience is required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support validation activities, including mapping studies and protocol execution.
• Communicate with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and implement training to ensure proper and efficient completion of all quality functions.
• Use continuous improvement tools to instigate actions for improvements.
• Conduct internal audits/self-inspections according to the Annual Audit Schedule.
• Manage Health & Safety in accordance with all quality related initiatives.
• Champion CAPA requirements of the organisation and proactively engage all stakeholders
• Problem solve using a defined problem solving technique & detailed Root Cause Analysis to ensure timely completion of all corrective actions
• Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
