Our client is a leading global technology company that provides innovative solutions to businesses around the world. They are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team and lead the implementation of their Digital Transformation IT system.

Job Description

• As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for introducing and implementing the Digital Transformation IT system as the core base, retiring legacy applications and moving to newer cloud-based technology.
• You will build and maintain partnerships with business partners, develop detailed solutions and designs to satisfy business requirements, and participate in the development and maintenance of the Business Capability Roadmap by Domain in collaboration with Business Partners.
• You will identify and address risks from an operational, financial, and technological perspective, and influence decisions with respect to opportunities to improve efficiency.
• You will understand the business process and vision and how to effectively align solutions to both.
• You will have the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with the business leads and influence key stakeholders to invest in the strategic direction of the project.
• You will apply industry-leading expertise to recommend and coordinate the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business systems, processes, and solutions using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
• You will combine industry expertise with an advanced understanding of information technology to develop innovative business solutions.
• You will lead requirements management and change management processes and direct development of visualization and user experience elements of solution design.

Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical software discipline or equivalent experience and related experience.
• You should have experience with user experience design, external-facing portals, web services, mobile solutions, and cloud-based newer software, AWS, and Azure Cloud Concepts. Experience with ERP systems would be an advantage.
• You should have statistical analysis, data analysis, and working knowledge of SQL. Foundation Certification in ITIL and Foundation Certification in ISTQB is required.
• You should have decomposition of high-level information into details, abstracting low-level information, distinguishing requests vs needs, and distinguishing requirements vs solutions. Ambiguity analysis, ensuring consistent understanding across users, designers, and testers is also essential.
• Business process modeling current/future state processes, business rules modeling, Six Sigma, CMMI, and PCMMI, virtualization, and Agile Project Deliver Concepts are also required.
• You should have hands-on experience working with financial software and be able to apply creativity/innovation to solving complex problems and developing and communicating a vision for the project/system. Strong presentation skills are also required.
