The Role:
Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will serve as the key interface for onsite management and coordination throughout the project life cycle (L2-L5). This role includes overseeing and supervising installation activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring schedule progress, tracking snags, managing change requests, attending CX meetings, supporting commissioning, and liaising with both customer parties/delegates and various internal subcontractors to ensure resource commitment (especially during ramp-up and schedule crashing) to achieve smooth project delivery. The Project Manager will also participate in red/yellow/green tag assessments and site walk-related acceptance. Additionally, they will coordinate testing equipment and resources and manage acceptance documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete End to End working Knowledge of Data Centre Facility. Build/Construction various life cycle phases.
- Good understanding of DCF Cooling and Low Voltage PODs
- Target Driven, ability to resolve conflict onsite and complex issue and drive both internal and Sub-con team, Engagement towards different levels of resource (from day-to-day onsite role to CXO) both Sub-Con and Customer.
Requirements:
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Change Management: Experience in implementing change management processes to facilitate organizational transitions.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
