Reservations Administrator - Permanent - Dublin 1

Location: Dublin 1 - Ideally have own vehicle to commute onsite

Salary & Remuneration:

  • Up to €37k DOE
  • Pension, Free onsite mini gym, Bike to work, Subsidised Canteen, 2 trips per year to the UK & France
  • Hybrid model after successfully completing probation


Here at Manpower, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic travel company for a motivated Reservations Administrator. This role involves managing group bookings for trade customers, overseeing Sail Rail and Concessionary travel bookings, and supporting the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle group booking requests from various tour operators and clubs, managing the process from inquiry to travel.
  • Provide price quotes, manage space requests, compile passenger lists, and process payments.
  • Maintain relationships with key operators and collaborate with other contact centres on space and requirements.
  • Oversee sail rail bookings, liaising with train companies and internal departments on pricing and space issues.
  • Manage daily reporting and ticket management.
  • Supervise concessions travel for trade customers and staff, ensuring adherence to policies from request to booking completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on space and pricing restrictions.
  • Support phone system set-up and conduct monthly and ad-hoc phone reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on payments and ticket management.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the contact centre.


Role Requirements:

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional B2B customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships in a reservations or hospitality environment.
  • Effective team player with a strong customer service ethos.
  • Proven experience in selling and responding to customers via email and phone.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, demonstrated experience working with multiple systems and platforms to manage reservations and bookings efficiently. (Freshdesk is a plus)
