Production Operator
ManpowerGroup are recruiting for Production Operator roles with our client based in Tuam Co Galway. You will be working as part of a production team to produce top quality products.
We are delighted to be building a pool of candidates for both full-time and part time positions to be filled. These are short term roles across various shifts (days, evenings, nights & weekends)

Description of duties and roles responsibilities:

• Operation of production Machines and various pieces of equipment as specified
• Adhere to Quality Standards
  • Perform all steps in accordance with Work Instructions
  • Fill up QRAP and Kosu sheets as required
  • Adherence to Product Handling Procedure
• Depending on experience, assist in training new operators if required
• Maintain 5S in the workplace
• Be Health & Safety aware
• Be open, honest and flexible within and across the team

Required skills for this role:

• Excellent teamwork and work ethic
• Experience to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time and attendance record
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Permission to work fulltime in Ireland must have permission to work at least 40hrs per week (Stamp 2 holders are ineligible)

Educational Requirements
Minimum Irish Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent
