Customer Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to play a crucial role in scheduling and coordinating the manufacturing and installation of our products.

Key Focus: Scheduling and Coordination
As the Customer Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be the management of scheduling our survey, warehouse, and fitting teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. You will work closely with customers to coordinate suitable installation times, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Your role will be vital in maintaining the seamless flow of projects and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven track record in multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Expertise in resolving conflicts and negotiating effectively
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, and managing diaries
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer-first approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable in dynamic, high-pressure situations

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan, organise, and oversee the scheduling of jobs and projects to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Track progress and logistics, making necessary schedule adjustments to accommodate shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Address customer issues and concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the scheduling of installation teams, survey appointments, and follow-up activities
  • Foster positive collaboration with all departments, customers, and partners, always upholding the company's brand values
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and detailed records in the CRM system
  • Act as the central communication point between customers, field staff, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Keep customers informed with regular updates on their service status and any changes to scheduling
  • Identify and implement proactive solutions to address potential service challenges
  • Continuously refine scheduling processes to boost operational efficiency
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or management when necessary
