Scheduling Manager-Dublin
Our client, a leading provider of fitness equipment are looking for an experienced Scheduling Manager to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a background in Mechanics or a strong understanding of equipment troubleshooting and excellent administration skills.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have a background in Mechanics or Servicing equipment?
- Do you have experience scheduling technicians, delegating tasks and people management?
- Strong Administration skills are necessary.
- Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, sociable environment?
- Attention to detail and adaptability are highly desirable.
The role:
- Timely & accurate scheduling of service engineers
- Compiling Reports on parts sold and service contracts.
- Management of timesheets and vehicle trackers.
- Logging faults and registering warranties.
- Take calls from customers for any troubleshooting on faults or issues.
- Daily management of the department's email.
- Liaise with the engineers to ensure all jobs are recorded and job sheets are filled out correctly.
- Follow up on job sheets from engineers and order parts accordingly.
- Follow up with customers regarding the Scheduled date for an engineer.
