Our client, a leading Manufacturing company in Roscommon are looking for qualified Injection Moulding or Polymer Engineers to join their team.

The ideal candidate:

• Do you have 2+ years' experience in an Injection Moulding environment?
• Do you have a degree qualification or equivalent in Polymer Engineering?
• Experience troubleshooting machinery and moulds is essential.
• An in-depth understanding of GMP is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute DOE for new processes.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Minitab.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot production moulds and processes as issues arise.
• Perform root cause analysis reports as required.
• Submit accurate & timely Moulding documentation as required.
• Liaise with Toolmakers in relation to projects, preventive maintenance and spare parts programmes.
• Work with the Quality team to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
