Customer Service Coordinator - Permanent - Dublin 1

Location: Dublin 1 - Ideally have own vehicle for onsite commuting

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to €37k DOE

Manpower is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's dynamic travel company. In this role, you'll manage complex group bookings for trade customers, oversee Sail Rail and Concessionary travel arrangements, and support the sales and marketing teams in a multifaceted, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage group booking requests from various tour operators and clubs, from inquiry through to travel completion.
  • Provide accurate pricing quotes, handle space requests, compile passenger lists, and process payments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key operators, coordinating with other contact centres on space and booking requirements.
  • Oversee Sail Rail bookings, working closely with train companies and internal teams to resolve pricing and availability issues.
  • Manage daily reporting and ticketing operations efficiently.
  • Supervise concessions travel for trade customers and staff, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures from request to booking completion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address space and pricing constraints.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of phone systems, including monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Work closely with the Finance team on payments and ticketing management.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the contact centre.

Role Requirements:

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing customer expectations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding B2B customer service, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships in a reservations or hospitality context.
  • Effective team player with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Experience in selling and responding to customers via email and phone.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with demonstrated experience managing multiple systems and platforms to efficiently handle reservations and bookings (experience with Freshdesk is a plus).
