GXP Technician - Dublin 15

Our client seeks a warehouse professional with a keen interest in pharmaceuticals and medical devices, dedicated to following good manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong understanding of GxP principles and a commitment to quality control.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a Pharmaceutical/GMP environment a strong advantage

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, pick, and dispatch a variety of inventory items according to client requirements and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and complete warehouse documentation adhering to ALCOA principles
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in client-directed inventory counts to ensure accuracy and control levels.
  • Report any discrepancies, non-conformances, incidents, or accidents promptly.
  • Participate in GxP-related audits and activities, upholding the highest standards of quality control.
  • Perform inbound and outbound inspections to identify damaged or contaminated materials, following established protocols.
  • Effectively manage inventory received through designates storage ranges in applicable storage temperatures.
