Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and enhancing business performance through innovative HR strategies? We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with managers and colleagues to foster a professional and collaborative environment, developing a deep understanding of our organisation's goals and internal processes.
  • Talent Development: Work closely with the HR Director and HR-BP to align with corporate talent strategies, helping to implement talent management initiatives and support team members in their career growth.
  • Market Competitiveness: Conduct external bench-marking studies, providing recommendations to keep the company competitive in compensation, benefits, and perks.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide timely coaching to leaders and colleagues on HR processes, driving the utilisation of online tools and shared services to maximise efficiency.

What We're Looking For:


  • A deep understanding of employment law and its application in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with leaders and colleagues at all levels.

  • A strategic thinker who can challenge the status quo and contribute to the company's broader business strategy.

Key Skills:

  • Out-of-the-box thinking and confidence to voice your ideas.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change, problem-solving, and strong facilitation skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM; CIPD qualification is essential.
  • Fluent in English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency being a distinct advantage.
