ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting opportunity within our growing business for an Account Manager within our convenience business. Suitable for those with a love of recruitment and experience in stakeholder management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within key target industries and service lines.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth and wallet share through effective account management strategies.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in Dublin office.
Your responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
Nurture client relationships to ensure delivery and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base and increase wallet share within the existing client base
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placement of candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
Address client enquiries and resolve issues promptly
Monitor and measure NPS scores
Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
Provide regular reports on account activities, client feedback, and business development efforts to the Sales Director.
Identifying, attending and participating in networking events as required
Drive system compliance using technologies
Your skills and experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience of managing client relationships in the recruitment industry
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong track record of customer engagement, delivery and growth
Experience within the Recruitment Industry is highly desirable
Competitive with a winning attitude and target driven
Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Strong organisational and time management skills, respect for deadlines
Ability to work well across several teams and with various stakeholders.
A natural curiosity to expand your existing knowledge and learn more about other industries.
