Technical Account Manager - Pipeline & Heating Solutions
West part of Ireland | Full-time | Field-Based (4 days travelling, 1-day remote)

Your Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for mechanical contractors and end-users, managing relationships and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Expertise: Advise clients on tubes, fittings, valves, and pumps, providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Territory Management: Identify new opportunities, manage your territory, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients in pharma, food & beverage, and waste water sectors.
  • Quoting & Proposals: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and service.
  • Travel: Frequent travel and occasional overnight stays required to support clients and projects.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in pipeline and heating products, especially tubes, fittings, valves, and pumps.
  • Knowledgeable about industry standards and competitors.
  • A confident communicator and collaborator.
  • IT-savvy, with the ability to process quotes and manage client interactions efficiently.
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Dublin.
  • Open to occasional overnight travel.
