Admin Clerk - Dublin 8
Salary: From €28,000 DOE

We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Clerk to join a busy branch in Dublin 8. This is a full-time role providing essential administrative support across the business, with opportunities to assist in stock control and inventory when required.

The Role
As an Admin Clerk, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • General office support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
  • Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Ordering and maintaining office stationery and supplies.
  • Assisting with inventory and stock control tasks when required.
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth branch operations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a varied workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
