Job Title: AV Support Desk Technician
Location: Onsite, D12
Salary: €30,000 p.a.
I am currently recruiting a Support Desk Technician for my client based in D12. The successful candidate will be a part of a small team based onsite and will need to have excellent communication skills & effectively manage IT & AV support tickets.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have experience/a keen interest in AV?
- Do you have a qualification in IT/Computer Science or a relevant field?
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, macOS, and basic network troubleshooting is required.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn on the job is essential.
- Excellent communication/customer service skills are needed for the role
The role:
- Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Ensure timely resolution of AV Support tickets
- Escalate more serious issues to the correct contact as soon as possible.
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and troubleshoot solutions.
