Position: Business Development Executive - EMS & GRMS Systems
Location: Dublin Area
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our UK&I team. Reporting to the COO UK, you will identify and secure new business opportunities with particular focus on the Dublin Area, promoting VDA Telkonet's innovative GRMS and EMS solutions tailored to the hospitality market.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop a partner network within the London area.
  • Client Acquisition: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored GRMS and EMS solutions with support from the presales team.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver case studies and represent the company at industry events and tradeshows.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics to ensure targets and profit margins are achieved.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in technical sales with a proven record of achieving excellent results.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and related verticals, including awareness of key players and competitors.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with smart control systems for lighting, HVAC, access control, API integration, and building and property management systems (BMS, PMS, EMS, GRMS).
  • CRM & Data Analysis: Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Need experience with guest room management systems - EMS & GRMS
  • Skill Set: Strong planning, time management, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Advantage: Previous experience in technical sales for smart systems in hospitality or residential sectors, with an established client portfolio
