Our client is a well-established organisation within the security and technology solutions industry, recognised for its innovation, quality, and strong customer partnerships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and play a key role in expanding market share and developing new client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consultative and solutions-driven sales approach.
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client requirements.
- Attend networking events and client meetings to promote the company's brand and service offering.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the security systems or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in developing long-term business relationships at senior levels.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full sales cycle.
- Full clean driver's licence and flexibility to travel to client sites when required.
