Content & Brand Manager - (Dublin 16)

Our client is a leading provider of executive education, offering transformative learning experiences for professionals and organisations across Ireland. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a mid-level marketer with strong digital skills and creative flair. As Content & Brand Manager, you'll take ownership of digital engagement across social media, email marketing, and multimedia content-helping promote leadership programmes, events, corporate membership, and more.

Location: Dublin 16

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Hybrid work option is available, along with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns with segmentation, automation, and personalisation
  • Use platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRMs to manage campaigns and performance analytics.

Social Media Management

  • Lead and grow the organisation's social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Drive engagement across platforms including Instagram and Facebook

Webinars & Podcasts

  • Plan, promote, and manage live webinars from start to finish.
  • Oversee podcast production, including scheduling, editing, and distribution.

Multimedia Content Creation

  • Script and manage the production of videos, testimonials, and promotional content.
  • Ability to film and edit content is a plus.

Campaign Development

  • Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches and key business goals.
  • Utilise AI tools, CMS, CRM, and scheduling platforms to optimise workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business strategy.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital or campaign-focused marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage) and proficient in CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Experience leading social media strategy, especially on LinkedIn.
