Customer supply chain specialist - FMCG
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are seeking an Analytical supply chain professional with strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience who can use data to drive service performance and work effectively across customers, planning, logistics and commercial teams on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role sits at the heart of the supply chain operation, ensuring excellent service delivery across key retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer operations across key retail accounts
- Ensure strong service levels, product availability and delivery performance
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Support the execution of promotions, product launches and range changes
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning and Commercial teams
- Identify and resolve operational issues, service risks and supply constraints
- Monitor customer and service performance metrics and drive improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
About You
- Experience within FMCG, retail, supply chain, logistics or customer operations
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing customer orders, deliveries or supply chain processes
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems or Power BI is advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
