Customer Support Associate (French Speaking)

ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 12-month contract role based in Galway. A hybrid work model is in place, and you will be employed by the ManpowerGroup. Please read below for more information on SAP company and role responsibilities.

Our core team provides 24*7 support through various channels, employing a follow-the-sun approach with global locations in Brazil, China, India, and Philippines. We assist in the prioritization of customer's technical cases by evaluating their commercial impact on business processes.

Job Overview
As a Customer Interaction Centre Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, providing high-quality interactions through various channels. You'll play a crucial role in analyzing non-technical queries, researching solutions, and educating customers on navigating support pages. Additionally, you'll collaborate with SAP teams globally to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound customer calls, emails & chats with a focus on delivering high-quality interactions.

  • Analyze non-technical customer queries, research solutions, and provide easily understandable answers.

  • Evaluate the commercial impact of technical issues on customer business processes.

  • Assist and educate customers in navigating support pages, software downloads, and license key functions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across SAP teams to ensure the effective and timely resolution of customer cases.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field

  • Fluency in English and French with excellent communication skills (minimum B2).
