Job Title: Customer Support Engineer - Renewable Energy

Role Overview:
You will play a key role in delivering technical expertise and support across the full project lifecycle. Acting as the technical bridge between customers, partners and the R&D team, you will ensure high-quality implementation and reliable performance of our digital power solutions.
You will support pre-sales activities by conducting technical workshops and solution testing, while also assisting the sales and solution teams with technical insights. During project execution, you will guide customers through installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing, ensuring systems are installed and operating according to technical standards.
This is an onsite contract position based in Dublin, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with the customers or partners on technical issues.
- Support of the sales and solution team.
- Logging of issues reported by the customers.
- Training/guidance of the customers before, during and after the construction process by means of kick-off meetings, hardware and software trainings and the acceptance test.
- Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking the inverter installation and making corrections if necessary.
- You are the interface between the customers and the R&D team to resolve any issue.
- Responsible for supporting second- and third-line support.
- Responsible for technical support of customers or its partners, independently or together with a technical support team.
- On-site support in case of major or critical issues that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor.
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of the on-site operation, providing quality analyses and improvement processes.
Position Requirements:
- With science or engineering education background, Major of such as Electricity, Energy or Mechanical etc.
- have technical and service working experience, have channel management experience.
- Knowledgeable or working experience of Solar-PV market/storage market is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal with people from different countries & cultures.
- Ability to have insight into problems.
- Project operation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French is an advantage.
