Job Title: Drinks Dispense Technician
Location: Field Based out of Carlow Office
Salary: Up to €45,000 DOE
I am currently recruiting a Drinks Dispense Technician to join the Field Service team for my Carlow based client. The role will involve Installs, Diagnostics & Service callouts to client sites, predominantly in the Leinster Region.
**Please Note: A full clean driver's license, is required for the role**

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have 1+ years' experience as a Drinks Dispense Tech/Engineer
- Experience in a client facing role with excellent communication skills is necessary.
- Candidates must have a full, clean Irish driver's license.
- Flexibility on overtime/callouts is needed
The role:
- Perform installations on drink dispense systems as well as undertake maintenance and service works on these systems.
- Determine the root cause, troubleshoot, and correct technical issues using problem-solving techniques in an effective and timely manner.
- Completing service and maintenance report forms.
- Handling service-related customer queries with a strong focus towards customer service and professionalism.
- Work in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements.
