Internal EHS Manager-Remote
Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with over 2 years' experience in Construction or Civil Engineering? Our client is looking for an Internal EHS Manager to join their team remotely, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and H&S excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have a Degree Qualification in Health & Safety or similar discipline?
- Do you have 2+ years' experience in an Engineering environment?
- Do you have an in-depth knowledge of H&S Documentation?
- Are you focused on driving a culture of continuous improvement?
- Do you have experience managing & documenting Risk Assessments?
The role:
- Drive EHS continuous improvements initiatives.
- Manage& Maintain the H&S Management System
- Manage, develop and provide EHS training as required to all employees
- Coordinate environmental management programmes, driving continuous improvement initiatives including but not limited to energy reduction, waste, etc.
- Identify and address site EHS issues and concerns.
- Support and maintain effective document control systems for the EHS department.
- Monitor and maintain all EHS policies and procedures and the company safety statement in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage the risk assessment programme.
- Keep up to date with all relevant legal changes or developments and ensure compliance in a timely manner.
- Carry out regular audits/inspections to measure EHS compliance with site procedures and legal requirements.
- Conform to the requirements of the quality and environmental management system.
