European Field Service Engineer (Professional Level German & English Required)
I am currently recruiting a Field Service Engineer who will perform customer installs, service, maintenance and repair on machinery at client sites across Europe-primarily South Germany & Italy. A large level of travel will be required for the role, along with a technical background and excellent customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have hands on service experience with complex machinery?
- Flexibility to travel on a regular basis within Europe is required
- Occasional travel outside of Europe is also a factor
- Do you have a Level 8 Engineering qualification or equivalent?
- An aptitude for electrical, electronic and automation engineering is ideal
- Experience with installs, commissioning, service & maintenance of machinery is necessary
- Professional Level German & English is essential
- Excellent communication/customer service skills are needed for the role
The role:
- Service support onsite at customer locations throughout Europe, to evaluate and resolve reported issues.
- Fulfil current Maintenance Service Contracts at customer sites and using Field Service App carry out relevant checks.
- Carry out machine installations and commissions at customer locations.
- Look to promote and sell new maintenance contracts to customers who do not already have one in place, when on service visits.
- Resolving customer issues through phone / email as they are entered into the system.
- Logging of all customer support requests on Sale Force
- Provide customer demonstrations on machine operation, functionality, and benefits of use.
- Travel to Galway at least 1 week per quarter for training and being trained.
- Attend all European exhibitions as required.
