Company Overview:
Our client is an American multinational finance and insurance corporation with operations in more than 80 countries and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit for a range of IT (security, cyber, IAM, Sailpoint) and GenAI roles including software engineers, scrum masters, data scientists, product strategists/designers/researcher/analysts.
• Works closely with tech and GenAI leaders to understand role requirements
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (Linkedin, HireEZ, Beamery, Workday)
• Manage the full recruiting cycle; posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Experience Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience recruiting for GenAI roles or advanced technical positions in Machine learning, NLP, or data science.
• Strong sourcing skills and experienced with platforms like Linkedin; GitHub and AI Recruiting tools.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach and team player.
