Head of Commercial Sales -Carlow
Our client, a Green Energy & sustainable solutions provider are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager or Director to join their growing team based in Carlow. The role is suitable for a high-quality Sales/Commercial or Business Development Manager, with experience selling high value, renewable solutions in a B2B environment.
**A full clean driver's license is essential for the role**

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have experience in selling high value HVAC/Solar/SAAS/Technical solutions in a B2B environment?
- Are you a charismatic, high performing salesperson with a track record of exceeding targets?
- Are you passionate about Business Development, Key Account Management and solution selling?
- Experience in long sales cycles/high value sales is essential
- Networking & a customer focused approach is vital for repeat business
The role:
- New Business Development-B2B
- Selling high value solutions in the Renewables sector
- Networking, pre-sales research and qualification
- Managing long sales cycles and consulting directly with Project Engineers re requirements
- Stakeholder engagement and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- After-sales, referrals and managing repeat business
