Human Resources Administrator
Full-Time | Permanent
West Dublin
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating within the supply chain and logistics sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator to support a busy and collaborative HR department. This role would suit someone with solid administration experience who is interested in developing a career in Human Resources within a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Assisting with employee onboarding and preparing starter documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR files
- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day HR administration
- Assisting with training coordination and general employee documentation
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date
- Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, correspondence and printing
- Acting as a first point of contact for basic HR-related queries and escalating when required
Experience Required
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Experience supporting teams or working in a people-focused environment is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good PC literacy with experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
