Internal Technical Sales - Industrial Valves
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist within industrial valves and actuation solutions, supporting customers across Ireland and the UK. Working in partnership with leading global manufacturers, this organisation delivers bespoke technical solutions and high-quality after-sales support to clients in the Pharmaceutical, Oil, Gas, and Wastewater sectors.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Internal Technical Sales professional to join their expanding team.
The Role
As Internal Technical Sales, you will play a key part in supporting customers with technically robust solutions while contributing to ongoing sales growth. This is a varied, hands-on role combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and guidance on industrial valve and actuation products
- Developing tailored solutions and troubleshooting technical challenges
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a focus on after-sales support
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales development activities
- Managing projects from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams and keeping up to date with industry standards and best practices
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background combined with a customer-focused, commercial mindset.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial valves and actuation
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant industry standards
- Experience within pharmaceutical applications is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to customers
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a technical sales environment
