Internal Technical Sales - Industrial Valves
Based in Dublin 8 | Full-time | Office-based

What You'll Do
As part of the internal sales team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients with technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Support: Advise clients on valve and actuation products, troubleshoot issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships and ensure outstanding after-sales service.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new opportunities, present solutions, and collaborate with top-tier brands.
  • Project Oversight: Manage projects from consultation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Industry Insight: Stay current with trends, standards, and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • On-Site Support: Travel across Ireland and the UK for client visits and site assessments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.


Who You Are
You're a seasoned professional with:

  • Proven experience in industrial valves and actuation products
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially in pharma applications
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
  • A track record of building lasting client relationships
  • Confidence in sales and business development
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach
