Internal Technical Sales - Industrial Valves
Based in Dublin 8 | Full-time | Office-based

What You'll Do
As part of the internal sales team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients with technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support: Advise clients on valve and actuation products, troubleshoot issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships and ensure outstanding after-sales service.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new opportunities, present solutions, and collaborate with top-tier brands.
- Project Oversight: Manage projects from consultation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
- Industry Insight: Stay current with trends, standards, and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- On-Site Support: Travel across Ireland and the UK for client visits and site assessments.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Who You Are
You're a seasoned professional with:
- Proven experience in industrial valves and actuation products
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in pharma applications
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
- A track record of building lasting client relationships
- Confidence in sales and business development
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach

- Mon-Thurs: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
