Role Overview
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading IT infrastructure and implementation projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong governance over scope, schedule, budget, and resources, while ensuring high-quality delivery and an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans based on defined scope.
- Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Monitor scope, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide structured stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Lead implementation and service onboarding projects.
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition to support teams.
- Drive team performance and maintain strong client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience within MSP environments preferred.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization and networking technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (or equivalent tools).
- Experience managing distributed or multi-site IT deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
