ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting opportunity within our growing business for a Lead Generator, within our Sales Team.
The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in Dublin office.
Your responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing - use a variety of methods such as online research, social media, networking, and industry events to identify potential clients
Generate new business leads through a range of proactive techniques utilising marketing content and collateral, client referrals, networking etc.
Develop and maintain impactful relationships with prospects, providing them with relevant information and addressing their inquiries
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and ensure conversion
Stay updated on trends within this industry, know the market and the competitive landscape, and potential target markets to identify new lead generation opportunities
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to the Sales Director
Meet monthly and weekly targets as set by Sales Director
Your skills & experience:
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools (e.g. Bullhorn, HubSpot, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with lead generation tools and technologies
Experience with email marketing platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyse data and identify trends to optimise lead generation campaigns
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Understanding of the sales process
Competitive with a winning attitude and target driven
A natural interest in market research and understanding the market
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well across several teams and with various stakeholders
