Mailroom & Print Services Assistant
Dublin 1 (Fully On-Site)
Duration: 3-Month Temporary Assignment
Hourly Rate: €17.50 per hour

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Mailroom & Print Services Assistant on behalf of a leading corporate client based in Dublin 1. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in mailroom operations, courier services, document services, print room support or office services to join a busy on-site team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting mailroom, courier and print services activities while delivering a high standard of customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
  • Process outgoing mail and prepare items for same-day collection.
  • Track mailroom volumes and activities.
  • Operate print room equipment and support print production requirements.
  • Complete document finishing tasks including binding, laminating, folding, trimming and document assembly.
  • Liaise with courier providers and external suppliers regarding deliveries and collections.
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries through shared mail and print mailboxes.
  • Support printer hubs and stationery management.
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
  • Provide support across other document services functions when needed.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a mailroom, print room, document services, facilities or office support environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing courier deliveries and collections is desirable.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work.


Experience operating print and document finishing equipment would be an advantage.
