Management Accountant
Dublin City Centre
Full-Time | Permanent
Manpower Group Ireland is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing international logistics business with operations across Ireland, UK and Europe for a Management Accountant to take ownership of a sole-charge finance function based in Dublin City Centre. This is a key hire within the organisation as they continue to scale and develop their finance capability across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the month-end close process
- Preparation of management accounts and financial reporting across multiple entities
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- VAT and compliance reporting across jurisdictions
- Payroll processing
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis support
- Development of financial reporting tools, dashboards and controls
- Process improvement across finance function
- Support ERP system usage and optimisation (Xero / Odoo)
- Work closely with Director on financial performance and decision-making
What We're Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CPA) essential
- Strong experience in month-end and management accounting
- Proven ability in cash flow management and financial reporting
- Payroll experience is required
- Ability to work independently in a sole finance function
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience in SME or fast-paced environments preferred
- Multi-entity exposure advantageous
- Experience with Xero or Odoo beneficial
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
