Job description

Role Title: Market Change (Ireland) Project Executive.

Role Purpose

The Market Change Executive supports successful adoption of new ways of working within their market; they support the Local Deployment Project lead in championing the global template approach, while understanding the needs and perceptions of the local business.

The span of this role covers deploying, testing and training the Ireland team on all Day 2 change activities impacting Ireland.
They fully support the Local Deployment lead to ensure consistent execution of the global design, while addressing local needs and driving adoption.
Specifically, this role drives market testing, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable change execution-reinforcing the benefits of standardized processes and systems while building trust and commitment at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Market Change Executive

  • Support the Local Deployment lead with the market-level change and communications plan aligned with wave and global strategies and templates.

  • Document and capture all feedback regarding all change activities impacting employees in the market.

  • Adapt messaging, communications, and enablement materials to reflect local operational considerations.

  • Ensure employee engagement approaches resonate with the local audience.

  • Build strong relationships with team Ireland to drive advocacy and engagement.

  • Support the Local Deployment lead to Deliver clear, timely, and culturally relevant communications within the market.

  • Coordinate market-level training, toolkits, and resources.

  • Integrate change efforts with business-as-usual operations in the market.

  • Track and report on change progress and challenges.

  • Flexible to work on the change project and work with Ireland admin lead to understand the overall business and the change impact needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working with FMCG administration (price files, promotional submissions, marketing bulletins).

  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, communications, and diligent documentation of minutes and actions.
