Office & Operations Administrator
Full Time permanent | North Dublin
Our client, a well-established company operating within a critical services environment, is currently seeking an Office & Operations Administrator join their Dublin-based office. This is a full-time, on-site role and would suit a highly organised administrator who enjoys variety and being a central support to the wider business.
This position is office-based and combines general administration with responsibility for stock and inventory coordination, working closely with internal teams such as Sales and Finance.
Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate stock records within the internal system
Book in deliveries and support stock tracking and reporting
Assist with stock reordering, pricing updates and documentation
Office Administration & Coordination
Provide general office administration support across the business
Manage incoming calls, emails, post and courier arrangements
Maintain records, scanning, filing and office supplies
Cross-Team Support
Process customer card payments and liaise with the finance team
Support the sales team with documentation, stock checks and coordination
Act as a point of contact for internal queries, escalating where required
The Ideal Candidate
At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role
Exposure to stock control or inventory systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a busy office environment
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
