We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee operational activities B2B distribution environment. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing warehouse, transport, and merchandising functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high service levels, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, stock control, and order fulfilment.
• Managing transport and distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers.
• Supervising merchandising and product handling, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and profitability.
• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and contributing to organisational planning.
• Recruiting, training, and leading operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, transport legislation, and industry standards.
• Identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions to drive continuous improvement.

About You:

• Proven experience as an operations Manager or senior operations leader in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transport logistics, stock control, and operational planning.
• Experience managing teams across multiple functions and implementing operational improvements.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and industry regulations.
• Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach in operational environments.
