Operations Manager - Dublin 12
Our client, a leading provider of roadside assistance services in Ireland, is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead their Patrol Team based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong operational background, capable of driving performance, managing frontline teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. (Hybrid option available once probation is passed)

The Ideal Candidate:
- Background in the motor or roadside recovery industry preferred.
- Previous experience as a foreman or in leading a team of technicians is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor or management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Qualified LCV mechanic (FETAC Level 6) is advantageous but not required.
- B Driving Licence (required).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Duties:
- Lead and manage patrol teams and team leads to ensure productivity and service delivery.
- Monitor and achieve key operational KPIs through:
- Effective rostering
- Absence and annual leave management
- Headcount and resource planning
- Translate strategy and change initiatives into executable operational plans.
- Drive performance through accurate demand forecasting and capacity planning.
- Oversee or contribute to projects that improve existing operational processes.
- Foster engagement and morale through team communications and social initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth payroll processes and resolve any pay-related issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with other road operations managers to align day-to-day activities.
