Partner Recruitment Support Specialist

ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 12month contract role with a possibility of extension ,employed with ManpowerGroup Ireland .This position is a Hybrid role based in Galway.

Overview

As a Partner Recruitment Support Specialist at SAP, you will play a central role in managing and coordinating the back-office operations that support the global partner recruitment process. You will ensure that applications are processed efficiently, documentation is properly handled, systems are accurately updated, and that prospective partners receive timely, professional support throughout their onboarding journey. This is a detail-oriented, administrative role that requires strong organizational skills, high accuracy, excellent communication, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Partner Applications: Receive, review, and screen incoming partner applications to ensure they meet SAP's minimum entry requirements. Approve or reject applications accordingly.
  • Workflow Coordination: Assign qualified applicants to the appropriate i-Recruiter based on regional alignment and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • System & Tracker Maintenance: Ensure that internal systems and trackers are kept up to date and reflect real-time progress.
  • Due Diligence & Contracting Support: Trigger Due Diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams to issue SAP partnership agreements in a timely manner.
  • Partner Communication: Send formal welcome emails and provide ongoing administrative support to prospective partners, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with global recruitment stakeholders including the Due Diligence, e-Contracting, Compliance, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth handovers and process continuity.
  • Process Improvement: Work alongside the global i-Recruiters team to support continuous process improvement initiatives and global standardization efforts.


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or business operations roles (experience in a partner or customer-facing environment is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, and virtual team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (completed or in progress).
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
