Parts & Stores Coordinator - (Limerick)
Our client is a well-established business in the agricultural and garden machinery sector, based on the Cork/Kerry/Limerick border. They are now seeking a Stores/Parts Operator to join their experienced, close-knit team. This customer-facing role involves supporting both walk-in clients and the in-house service department with efficient, accurate parts supply and service.
Location: Cork/Kerry/Limerick Border
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Alternative Saturdays required during peak season.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and accurate parts support to customers and the workshop team.
- Process parts inquiries via phone, email, and at the trade counter.
- Handle stock booking, parts issuing, and invoicing in line with internal procedures.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-organized parts department.
- Ensure all paperwork and administrative records are correctly completed and filed.
- Build product knowledge and deliver high-quality advice to customers.
- Support the continued development of the parts and service function.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Computer literacy and ability to manage inventory systems.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Previous experience in a similar parts or counter sales role would be desirable.
- Familiarity with agricultural, garden, or automotive machinery parts
