Pricing Administrator
Full Time Permanent
Location Galway

They are looking for a Pricing Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Pricing Administrator you will collaborate closely with managers and cross-functional teams to achieve our clients company goals while providing excellent administrative support.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Strong organisational and administration skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP ERP highly desirable.

  • Flexible work attitude and target driven.

  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work to agreed time scales and deadlines.



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pricing Co-ordinator in ensuring the accuracy of customer and vendor pricing, as well as product data, within SAP.

  • Timely set-up of all part numbers in compliance with the approved SOP.

  • Establish cost price records for all vendors promptly.

  • Maintain the data of part numbers in the Item Master Data within SAP.

  • Accurately input new information into the SAP system.

  • Review vendor pricing schedules that are submitted.

  • Maintain and update list prices.

  • Identify and resolve any reported pricing discrepancies.

  • Respond to requests for pricing confirmations or provision of pricing lists.

  • Manage discontinued items and their alternatives and communicate changes to relevant parties.

  • Oversee the shared pricing inbox. Conduct Intrastat reporting.

  • Support the Pricing Co-coordinator with any ad-hoc duties as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal departments on Master Data related projects to ensure continuous development and accuracy.
