Procurement & Pricing Coordinator
North Dublin (onsite)

We are currently working with a well-established and fast-paced business within the builders merchants / DIY sector to recruit a Procurement & Pricing Coordinator. This is a key commercial role within the organisation. This will suit someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident working across procurement, pricing, and supplier relationships in a busy operational environment.
You will play a central role in managing product pricing, supplier purchasing, and margin control across a wide range of product lines. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you will ensure pricing accuracy, cost competitiveness, and efficient stock management.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
Maintaining and updating pricing structures across multiple product categories
Supporting margin protection through accurate costings and pricing adjustments
Monitoring supplier performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Managing pricing variations across customer accounts and product ranges
Working closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy and fulfilment
Analysing product performance, including slow-moving stock and margin erosion
Supporting ongoing improvements in pricing strategy and commercial decision-making
About You
3-4 years' experience in procurement, pricing, or stock control within a builder's merchants, DIY, or distribution environment
Strong commercial awareness, with a good understanding of margins, mark-ups, and pricing structures
Experience working with ERP systems and Excel
Confident dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
