Procurement & Pricing Coordinator
North Dublin (onsite)
Full-time, Permanent

We are currently working with a well-established and fast-paced business within the builders merchants / DIY sector to recruit a Procurement & Pricing Coordinator. This is a key commercial role within the organisation. This will suit someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident working across procurement, pricing, and supplier relationships in a busy operational environment.

You will play a central role in managing product pricing, supplier purchasing, and margin control across a wide range of product lines. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you will ensure pricing accuracy, cost competitiveness, and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers

  • Maintaining and updating pricing structures across multiple product categories

  • Supporting margin protection through accurate costings and pricing adjustments

  • Monitoring supplier performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities

  • Managing pricing variations across customer accounts and product ranges

  • Working closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy and fulfilment

  • Analysing product performance, including slow-moving stock and margin erosion

  • Supporting ongoing improvements in pricing strategy and commercial decision-making


About You

  • 3-4 years' experience in procurement, pricing, or stock control within a builder's merchants, DIY, or distribution environment

  • Strong commercial awareness, with a good understanding of margins, mark-ups, and pricing structures

  • Experience working with ERP systems and Excel

  • Confident dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
