Manpower Group Ireland Ltd are looking to recruit a number of Product Builders for the Clean Room in either Fixed Day or Fixed Night Shifts for our client Zimmer Biomet in Oranmore Co.Galway.

Fixed Days
Clean & Pack - 6.30am - 6.30pm
Week 1
Monday, Tuesday Days
Friday, Saturday Sunday Days
Week 2
Wednesday Thursday - Days

Weekend Nights
Clean & Pack - 6.30pm - 6.30am
Week 1
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2
Friday, Saturday, Sunday


Front End Nights
Clean & Pack - 6.30pm - 6.30am
Week 1
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 2
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday


In this role you will be operating within the Clean Room, performing the following activities: all steps of cleaning operation and Cosmetic Inspection.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately identifies cosmetic irregularities.

  • Exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training of less qualified personnel.

  • Correctly performs all steps of cleaning operation.

  • Visual inspection of parts and paperwork.

  • Maintains all equipment in the department as it is required.

  • Communicates with other Team members and engineers concerning product defects.

  • Performs all production POD activities as per training provided.

  • Operates as part of a team to achieve productivity Targets.


Requirements for the role:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.

  • Computer literate

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English


Desirable skills

  • Experience of visual inspection to detect cosmetic irregularities in metal.

  • Inspection of paperwork; attention to detail.

  • Working in team/cellular environment.
