Product Manager - Channel Foundations | Dublin (Hybrid) | Ireland-based preferred (open to international talent)
I'm partnering with a global organisation to hire a senior Product Manager to lead their Channel Foundations technology portfolio.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and evolving core Martech and Channel platforms (including DAM & PXM) that enable scalable global commercial growth.
The Role
You will:
* Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap
* Lead and develop a team of Product Owners
* Partner with VP-level stakeholders across Commercial and Digital functions
* Align technology investment with measurable business outcomes
* Drive agile, value-led product delivery
* Oversee portfolio performance, KPIs, and budget planning
This is a senior Product leadership role with enterprise-wide visibility - not a delivery-focused Product Owner position.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years' experience in Product Management within complex enterprise environments
* Strong experience delivering enterprise Martech / Channel platforms (DAM, PXM, DSA or similar)
* Experience leading multiple Product teams
* Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
* Ideally experience in FMCG or CPG industries
