Product Manager - Channel Foundations | Dublin (Hybrid) | Ireland-based preferred (open to international talent)

Manpower Ireland is partnering with a leading global organisation in the consumer and enterprise sector to recruit an experienced Channel Foundations Product Manager. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute Product professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery.
You will oversee multiple Products within Technology Value Streams, ensuring maximum business value through the evolution of scalable, high-performing technology solutions and services. Acting as the senior interface between IT Product teams and Business stakeholders, you will shape product roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives while leading and developing a high-performing Product team.
This role reports directly to the Customer & Consumer Technology Director.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic leadership role where you will:
- Partner with senior business leaders to define and execute functional Product technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to commercial priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technology capabilities
- Lead multiple Product Owners across the full delivery lifecycle - from requirements gathering and backlog prioritisation to configuration, development and release
- Champion agile and incremental delivery models to improve transparency, collaboration and speed-to-value
- Drive innovation by monitoring technology trends and embedding continuous improvement practices
- Oversee Product performance KPIs, SLAs and budget management
- Partner with Portfolio and Architecture teams to shape integrated cross-product solutions
- Act as escalation point for Product performance and stakeholder concerns
- Develop robust business cases to secure project funding
- Lead change initiatives ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes
- Provide monthly reporting on delivery velocity, financial forecasting and Product performance
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years' experience delivering enterprise-level technology solutions
- Strong experience managing and configuring DAM, PXM and DSA platforms from requirements through to deployment
- Proven success leading multiple Product teams across full delivery lifecycles
- Expertise within Consumer Channels, Martech, Manufacturing, IT Finance or similar functional domains
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP, Tableau, PLM, JDA or comparable platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence VP-level stakeholders and translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Deep understanding of Product performance metrics and continuous improvement frameworks
- Industry certifications in Agile or related methodologies highly desirable
- A confident, collaborative leadership style with experience managing small to mid-sized IT teams
