Qualifications
3-5 years years of experience overall in IT.
Superior interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools.
Proven experience with numbers, calculations and spreadsheets.
Technical skills
These are the specific skills, and required level of experience, that a candidate must have to be successful in this position.
Experience in project management.
Experience with numbers and spreadsheets (ie project plan budgets).
Helpful to know PowerPoint and ServiceNow
Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate project schedules and help prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports.
Organize and schedule project meetings, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
Manage project calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and team activities.
Support communication and documentation of change requests.
