Qualifications
- 3-5 years years of experience overall in IT.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Proven experience with numbers, calculations and spreadsheets.
Technical skills
- These are the specific skills, and required level of experience, that a candidate must have to be successful in this position.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience with numbers and spreadsheets (ie project plan budgets).
- Helpful to know PowerPoint and ServiceNow
- Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project schedules and help prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Manage project calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and team activities.
- Support communication and documentation of change requests.
- PMP certification
