Job Title: Project Manager (CAPEX Projects)
Location: Kildare
Salary: Up to €90,000 DOE
I am currently recruiting an Experienced Project Manager to join a leading Manufacturer of Sustainable Materials onsite in Athy. Suitable candidates should have extensive experience in Project Co-ordination, Stakeholder Management, Managing timelines & Project reporting.
**Please Note: This Role is a FTC of 18 Months**
The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you 3+ years' experience managing CAPEX Projects
- Prior experience in Manufacturing sites or Civil Projects is required
- Excellent Communication Skills & Stakeholder Management is essential
- A working knowledge of PM Tools such as MS Project, CAD & Reporting systems is necessary
- Candidates should have a problem-solving approach and work within set out timelines
The role:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the Project teams.
- Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Track project milestones, schedule adherence, and budget performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reporting.
- Implement corrective actions when required and ensure strong financial control.
- Liaise with internal teams, engineers, subcontractors, and external partners to keep projects aligned.
- Provide clear updates to senior leadership through regular reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impact.
